The Patient Care Technician program is a 100% online, instructor-led course that runs for 25 weeks. Students will engage in a stimulating range of learning activities that includes patient care procedures, Measuring bleeding time, applying and removing safety features, performing a venipuncture, coughing and deep breathing exercises, irrigating for residual stomach contents, applying an arm sling, and more. The program also prepares students for the Patient Care Technician Certification exam.
